This website is operated by Sean Miller, an independent artist based on Wurundjeri country in Victoria, Australia. Contact via the contact page.

We only collect information you provide directly:
- Purchases — name, email address, phone number, and shipping address when you buy an artwork.
- Contact form — name, email address, and the message you send.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Square. Please refer to Square's Privacy Policy for how they handle your payment data.
How we use your information
- To fulfil and communicate about your order.
- To arrange shipping or pick-up of your artwork.
- To respond to your contact form enquiry.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years as required by Australian tax law. Contact form enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to respond.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, use the contact page.
